1. Introduction

Welcome to NurseApp ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

2. Nature of Services

NurseApp is a technology platform connecting patients/clients ("Users") with licensed healthcare providers ("Providers").

NurseApp itself does not provide medical care. All healthcare services are provided by independent, licensed professionals.

3. User Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 to register.
  • You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

4. Provider Responsibilities

  • Providers must hold valid Canadian licenses, malpractice insurance, and comply with professional standards.
  • Providers remain independent contractors, not employees of NurseApp.

5. Payments

  • Payments are processed securely through the platform.
  • NurseApp charges a service fee/commission as disclosed during booking.
  • Refunds are subject to cancellation and dispute policies.

6. Non-Circumvention

  • Users and Providers agree not to bypass the platform for private arrangements during and for 12 months after last contact.
  • Violation may result in account suspension and liquidated damages.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • NurseApp is not liable for medical outcomes.
  • Our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.

8. Dispute Resolution

  • Disputes are resolved via binding arbitration in Halifax, NS, under Canadian Arbitration rules.
  • Class actions are waived.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use = acceptance.
