How do I book a visit?

Open the NurseApp, select your service (nurse visit, physiotherapy, etc.), pick a provider, and confirm your booking.

What if I need urgent medical help?

Call 911 immediately. NurseApp is not for emergencies.

All payments are handled securely inside the app. You can use credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.

How do I cancel or reschedule?

Tap "My Bookings" → select the appointment → choose reschedule or cancel (fees may apply).

Yes. All data is stored in Canada and encrypted to meet PHIA and PIPEDA standards.
