Reliability & Cancellation
- Maintain >95% reliability rate
- Cancellations within 24 hrs = penalty or strike
- 3 strikes = suspension
Payment & Fees
- Weekly payouts via secure transfer
- Provider retains X% of booking fee (stated in contract)
- Bonuses for reliability, referrals, and CarePods
